YOU MUST ENROLL IN A COURSE BEFORE PAYING ONLINE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENROLLED BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT! YOU MAY ALSO BRING PAYMENT THE DAY OF THE CLASS. YOU MAY ENROLL ONLINE (Preferred) OR CALL PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE CLASS YOU ARE ATTENDING.
The student must be present for the entire class period.
We will provide a full refund of the pre-assignment training course fee if the student cancels at any time prior to the start of the class.
If an 8 hour course is divided between two 4 hour days, the student will be entitled to a 50% reduction if the student cancels after the start of instruction, but before the start of the second 4 hour session.
16 hour OJT course: The student will be entitled to a 50% refund if the student cancels after the start of instruction, but before the start of the second 8 hour session. If the course is divided into four 4 hour sessions, the refund schedule will be 75%, 50%, 25%.
A NYS DCJS approved security guard training school cannot assess any non-refundable fees, deposit or cancellation fees.

If a student has a complaint, the complaint should be submitted in writing to the School Director. If the complaint is of an immediate nature during class, the student should request to speak to the instructor in private. If the Director cannot resolve the complaint, the student can contact the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services at (518) 457-4135.
